22-days of Tarot: Returning to self-trust

22-days of Tarot

Tarot is a cyclical map that guides us back to ourself over and over again.

Welcome, love. This is a 22-day journey through the Major Arcana — an invitation to return to your inner knowing through story, reflection, and simple somatic practices that bring you back into your body.

How to use this series
Each day, you’re invited to:

  1. Read the day’s card like a mirror.

  2. Sit with the reflection question (journal if you want).

  3. Try the somatic practice (1–2 minutes is enough).

  4. Repeat the mantra — especially on the days you feel far from yourself.

You can move through this daily, or you can follow your own timing. (Self-trust loves spaciousness.)

Start the journey

Thank you for walking this path with me.
Tarot is a cyclical map that guides us back to ourself over and over again — so there’s no falling behind, only returning.

Quick start (2 steps):

  1. Begin with Day 1, then follow one day at a time (or move at your own pace).

  2. Repeat each day’s somatic practice + mantra for 3 days if you want deeper nervous system change.

Next best step (optional):
If you want gentle, consistent support between posts, my Somatic Video Library Membership ($17/month) is a simple way to keep practicing with me — especially in tender seasons.
