Day 21 — Judgment
22-days of Tarot: Returning to self-trust
Tarot is a cyclical map that guides us back to ourself over and over again.
Judgment is the call home. Not to who you used to be — but to who you are now. Returning to self-trust means releasing shame for past versions of you. They were doing the best they could with what they knew. This card invites reclamation: you answer the part of you that has been waiting patiently under the noise. Judgment teaches that you don’t need to punish yourself into growth. You can choose yourself because you’re ready. Because you’re listening.
Reflection: What part of me is asking to be chosen again?
Somatic practice: Place a hand on your sternum. Say your name softly, then: I’m listening. Notice what rises — emotion, image, sensation — without forcing meaning.
Mantra: I answer my own call.
Thank you for being here.
If this landed, let it be simple.
Quick start (2 steps):
Choose one line from today that felt true in your body.
Repeat today’s somatic practice + mantra for 3 days. (Repetition builds safety faster than “doing it all.”)
Next best step (optional):
If you want gentle, consistent nervous system support between posts, my Somatic Video Library Membership ($17/month) is a low-pressure way to keep practicing with me in real time.
