Day 10 — The Hermit
22-days of Tarot: Returning to self-trust
Tarot is a cyclical map that guides us back to ourself over and over again.
The Hermit is sacred solitude. Not isolation, but devotion to inner listening. This card reminds you that self-trust grows in quiet moments when you stop performing your life and start inhabiting it. The Hermit teaches that you don’t need louder answers; you need more space to hear yourself. Returning to self-trust sometimes looks like stepping back, unplugging, simplifying. You become your own lantern again — guided from within, not pulled by the world’s urgency. Time alone is necessary.
Reflection: What truth becomes clear when I stop explaining myself?
Somatic practice: Sit comfortably. Cup your hands over your eyes (no pressure). Breathe in the darkness for 60 seconds. Notice what settles.
Mantra: I trust the wisdom in my quiet.
Thank you for being here.
If this landed, let it be simple.
Quick start (2 steps):
Choose one line from today that felt true in your body.
Repeat today’s somatic practice + mantra for 3 days. (Repetition builds safety faster than “doing it all.”)
Next best step (optional):
If you want gentle, consistent nervous system support between posts, my Somatic Video Library Membership ($17/month) is a low-pressure way to keep practicing with me in real time.
