Day 14 — Death

22-days of Tarot: Returning to self-trust

Tarot is a cyclical map that guides us back to ourself over and over again.

Death is an ending that tells the truth. Returning to self-trust requires grieving what’s complete — because pretending keeps you bound. This card isn’t about loss for loss’s sake. It’s release that makes room for life. Death asks you to stop feeding what has already finished: the old identity, the old relationship to fear, the old story that made you smaller. When you let something die, you reclaim your energy. And when you reclaim your energy, you can finally hear yourself again.

Reflection: What am I holding onto that is already over?

Somatic practice: Exhale with sound —“haaa”— three times. Then shake out your hands as if releasing residue. Let your body signal: I’m ready to let go.

Mantra: I release what is complete.

Thank you for being here.
If this landed, let it be simple.

Quick start (2 steps):

  1. Choose one line from today that felt true in your body.

  2. Repeat today’s somatic practice + mantra for 3 days. (Repetition builds safety faster than “doing it all.”)

Next best step (optional):
If you want gentle, consistent nervous system support between posts, my Somatic Video Library Membership ($17/month) is a low-pressure way to keep practicing with me in real time.
