Day 6 — The Hierophant
22-days of Tarot: Returning to self-trust
Tarot is a cyclical map that guides us back to ourself over and over again.
The Hierophant is the bridge between timeless wisdom and your lived experience. On the path back to self-trust, we often inherit rules that taught us to doubt ourselves — how to be “good,” how to be “acceptable,” how to be “spiritual.” This card invites discernment: keep what expands you, release what constricts you. The Hierophant reminds you that guidance is meant to support your connection to self, not replace it. True devotion doesn’t demand self-abandonment. It strengthens your relationship with your inner truth.
Reflection: What belief did I inherit that no longer feels loving or true?
Somatic practice: Place a hand on your throat and hum on the exhale. Feel the vibration. Let your voice remind your body: my truth is allowed to exist.
Mantra: I honor what aligns with my soul.
Thank you for being here.
If this landed, let it be simple.
Quick start (2 steps):
Choose one line from today that felt true in your body.
Repeat today’s somatic practice + mantra for 3 days. (Repetition builds safety faster than “doing it all.”)
Next best step (optional):
If you want gentle, consistent nervous system support between posts, my Somatic Video Library Membership ($17/month) is a low-pressure way to keep practicing with me in real time.
