Day 2 — The Magician

22-days of Tarot: Returning to self-trust

Tarot is a cyclical map that guides us back to ourself over and over again.

The Magician is self-trust in motion. It’s the moment you stop waiting to feel “ready” and start working with what’s real— your breath, your attention, your resources, your desire. This card teaches that power isn’t loud. Power is directed. When you scatter yourself, you doubt yourself. When you gather yourself, you remember. The Magician invites you to turn down the noise of comparison and tune into the frequency of your own capability. Your yes becomes believable when it’s followed by aligned action — small, consistent, alive.

Reflection: What do I already have that I keep overlooking?

Somatic practice: One hand on belly, one on heart.

Inhale: I receive.

Exhale: I direct.

On the exhale, gently extend your hand forward as if offering your intention to the day.

Mantra: My energy is mine to shape.

Thank you for being here.
You don’t have to do 22 days perfectly. You just have to return.

Quick start (2 steps):

  1. Choose one line from today that felt true in your body.

  2. Repeat today’s somatic practice + mantra for 3 days. (Repetition builds safety faster than “doing it all.”)

Next best step (optional):
If you want gentle, consistent nervous system support between posts, my Somatic Video Library Membership ($17/month) is a low-pressure way to keep practicing with me in real time.
