Sonia Fregoso, M.A., LMFT
Sonia Fregoso is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, intuitive healer, and guide devoted to helping individuals reconnect with the innate wisdom of their body, spirit, and emotions. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Los Angeles, and her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern California (USC).
Beyond her formal education, Sonia continues her lifelong study of Grief & Loss, Depth Psychology, Energy Psychology, Transpersonal Psychology, and Somatic Experiencing. Her work blends clinical expertise with Curanderismo, Ancestral practices, Spirituality, and Energetic healing, honoring the deep interconnectedness of mind, body, and soul.
Through her personal and professional journey, Sonia has come to believe that body-centered healing is energy work — and that every individual holds an inner healer within, waiting to be unlocked and remembered.
My Spirituality is Anti-Oppressive, Non-Hierarchical, and Rooted in Ancestral Knowledge.

I share my personal life as an example of how healing has helped me create a life I love. To get a greater understanding of my life, I invite you to read my blog series: “Sharing My Story” to get to know me on a more intimate level. Everything will make sense from here. This is where we build trust, I’m glad you found me. 🕊️
“I believe building a relationship with our body and Mother Nature strengthens our connection to intuition, self-worth, and self-trust.”
