Day 17 — The Tower
22-days of Tarot: Returning to self-trust
Tarot is a cyclical map that guides us back to ourself over and over again.
The Tower is the truth breaking through. What was built on “should” can’t hold forever. This card can feel sudden, but it is also mercy: the collapse of what is false so what is real can breathe. Returning to self-trust means learning that upheaval doesn’t mean you’ve failed — it means something misaligned is releasing. The Tower teaches nervous system wisdom: regulate first, make meaning later. Your body needs safety before your mind can make sense.
Reflection: What is falling away that I secretly know was never stable for me?
Somatic practice: Butterfly tap — cross arms and tap shoulders alternately while breathing slowly. Name 5 things you can see to anchor into now.
Mantra: I can be with change.
Thank you for being here.
If this landed, let it be simple.
Quick start (2 steps):
Choose one line from today that felt true in your body.
Repeat today’s somatic practice + mantra for 3 days. (Repetition builds safety faster than “doing it all.”)
Next best step (optional):
If you want gentle, consistent nervous system support between posts, my Somatic Video Library Membership ($17/month) is a low-pressure way to keep practicing with me in real time.
