Day 8 — The Chariot
22-days of Tarot: Returning to self-trust
Tarot is a cyclical map that guides us back to ourself over and over again.
The Chariot is forward motion guided by inner unity. Self-trust strengthens when you stop being pulled by competing parts — one part craving change, another part craving safety. This card doesn’t demand perfection; it asks for integration. When you name your fears and still choose your direction, you become dependable to yourself. The Chariot teaches that momentum is spiritual: it’s the embodiment of a decision. Not rushed. Not forced. Rooted. You move because you’ve decided you are worth moving for.
Reflection: What would I do if I trusted myself to handle what comes next?
Somatic practice: March slowly in place, matching breath to movement. Feel the steadiness of “one step at a time.” Let your gaze soften forward.
Mantra: I move with purpose and presence.
Thank you for being here.
If this landed, let it be simple.
Quick start (2 steps):
Choose one line from today that felt true in your body.
Repeat today’s somatic practice + mantra for 3 days. (Repetition builds safety faster than “doing it all.”)
Next best step (optional):
If you want gentle, consistent nervous system support between posts, my Somatic Video Library Membership ($17/month) is a low-pressure way to keep practicing with me in real time.
