Day 3 — The High Priestess
22-days of Tarot: Returning to self-trust
Tarot is a cyclical map that guides us back to ourself over and over again.
The High Priestess is the quiet sanctuary of knowing. She teaches that self-trust isn’t something you “figure out” — it’s something you remember by listening beneath the surface. This card asks you to stop treating your intuition like a suggestion. It’s not frantic. It doesn’t argue. It simply is. The High Priestess invites you to let mystery be part of your process. Not everything needs to be named immediately. When you honor your inner timing, you stop betraying your own wisdom. You learn to trust what’s true even when you can’t yet explain it.
Reflection: What do I already know that I keep asking others to confirm?
Somatic practice: Sit and feel your sit bones. Place a hand low on your belly. Ask one clear question. Notice the first body response (tightening, softening, warmth, heaviness). Let that sensation be your answer’s first language.
Mantra: My body holds my truth.
Thank you for being here.
You don’t have to do 22 days perfectly. You just have to return.
Quick start (2 steps):
Choose one line from today that felt true in your body.
Repeat today’s somatic practice + mantra for 3 days. (Repetition builds safety faster than “doing it all.”)
Next best step (optional):
If you want gentle, consistent nervous system support between posts, my Somatic Video Library Membership ($17/month) is a low-pressure way to keep practicing with me in real time.
