Through a gentle running-away visualization, you’ll give your nervous system a safe way to complete the flight impulse without making a rushed decision. We’ll pair imagery with simple grounding and micro-movement so you can return to the present, reconnect to safety, and access choice again.

    Note: If you are in an unsafe situation, prioritize real-world safety first. This practice is for when you’re physically safe but your body is in flight-mode.
