Hi, I’m Sonia.
I’m a former community mental health clinician and private practice owner turned mystical, somatic curandera.
I created this course for women who have spent years overriding their bodies to stay functional, helpful, productive, and easy to be around.
My own path took me from burnout in community mental health, to private practice, to the work I do now — helping women come home to safe bodies, deeper self-trust, and embodied healing.
I built Unlock Your Inner Healer because I know what it’s like to carry trauma, silence, pressure, and invisibility in the body… and I know what becomes possible when you finally begin relating to yourself differently.
